Farvigo Fly listing terms
The plain-language basis on which pilots and operators are listed. This is a draft; the final version will be published here before any tourist booking opens.
- You fly, you're responsible. You (and, for a company, each pilot you register) hold the licences, ratings, insurance and permits the flights you offer require, and keep them valid. Flight safety, equipment and weather decisions are yours.
- Your details are true. Everything in your registration is accurate, and you tell Farvigo when something changes, such as a licence or insurance that lapses.
- Verification before listing. Farvigo reviews every registration and may ask for documents. You're listed only after you're approved. Farvigo may decline, suspend or unlist an operator and will give the reason in writing.
- Tourists pay you directly. Farvigo Fly doesn't collect or hold the fare. You agree the price you list and take payment yourself.
- Commission. Farvigo records a commission on bookings that are completed, or where the customer doesn't turn up. No commission is charged on bookings cancelled by weather, by you or by the customer. Your commission rate is agreed with you before you're listed and is invoiced separately.
- Bookings are honoured. You confirm or decline booking requests promptly, and you cancel a slot through Farvigo Fly (including for weather) so customers are informed.
- Your data. Farvigo uses your contact details to run your listing and contact you about it. Your bookings and customers are visible only to you and the Farvigo team.
